Will there be abuse? Yes, just like any other program, but what about the driver who doesn't grab a handrail, or starts work early and gets fired, because management wants them gone? Seen it happen. You may have a good center manager now, but wait until the next one. We had a hatchet man not long ago who was fire crazy. Would have gotten lots of signups with him.
