Depends on your local. Some locals allow it if you d q in your first 30 days.

What went wrong? It can’t be that bad. Consider your actions before you walk.

Nothing like part time seniority after many years! You can still get Fulltime hours plus and overtime starts after less hours. Better pay working part time and doing extra shifts, without the commitment.
After going Fulltime they put you on the new seniority list and abuse you on both shifts!

As I understand it in theory you could become a pt sup even if u are a full time hourly. Probably not a very popular option but one nonetheless
