We are over worked as it is , you think guys aren’t going to want days off? THINK! Are you a 22.4? YOU’RE IN MONDAY!
All Monday work is required to be offered to RPCDs first and foremost. If extra drivers are available and an RPCD wants the day off; that RPCD can take the day off. If all RPCDs are OK working 8 hours on Monday at peak, OK. But, if not, that Monday work is rightfully the RPCDs.
Points being: If an RPCD does not want to work 6 days at peak; working as many hours as possible M-friend reduces the chance of being forced in Saturday.
If an RPCD desires all the OT they can get up to the 70 hour max; Working as many hours as possible on Monday, instead of letting 22.4s steal this work, would give the RPCD the best chance to get Max OT.
