Term limits for Congress?

First of all that’s really sad. I wish her and her family the best.

This is not a Republican or Democrat issue though, you have stuff like this for multiple different people on both sides

Should there be term limits? It seems to be a popular idea, and I’m seeing it proposed more and more on both sides of the aisles from Republican and Democrat voters

On the other hand though, I feel that citizens vote who they want in there, and these people keep getting voted in. Isn’t that how it goes?

I’ve also been wondering, is term limits for presidents the same idea? If a president is popular enough to keep getting voted in fairly, should they not be allowed? Or are there good reasons to now allow that?

Sadly she is not the only one who should be replaced. Both parties have figureheads that are just warm bodies to fill the seat that their staff runs.

At least she isn't (quite) dead that does happen sometimes in elections.

The President is different so can't serve more than 2 terms (22nd Amendment)

I believe the lack of term limits is foundational to the corruption present in our country today.
