This morning the attorney general of that champion of states rights Texas, filed suit to overturn the election results not in it's own state but the states of Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin.

“As regular readers may recall, Paxton was indicted a few years ago on felony securities fraud charges. Two months ago, his troubles got worse when members of Paxton's own team made multiple criminal allegations against him.

Meanwhile, Associated Press reported a few weeks ago that the FBI is investigating allegations that Paxton "broke the law in using his office to benefit a wealthy donor."

All of which raises an unfortunate possibility: as Donald Trump abuses his pardon powers, and weighs the possibility of handing out pardons "like Christmas gifts" before leaving office, is it implausible that the scandal-plagued Texas attorney general filed a doomed case in the hopes that he'll receive a presidential reward that would make his legal troubles go away?“

It's a good suit, you jackasses never seem to address the content.
Address the complaint.
And it's a winner in a Constitutional United States.

Thank the good Lord!
For what? Another humiliating dismissal of a totally baseless law suit? You states rights people if anyone should surely know that Texas cannot overturn the election results of other states. Don't you find it a bit unusual that the only states whose results they want overturned are the states in which Trump lost?

Um, Biden won more than those four states. Too many irregularities to not challenge the results. And that suit goes directly to the Supreme Court. PA for one had judges change election laws when their state constitution says only the legislature can do so. So let's see what SCOTUS does.

You don't say? I didn't know that you have a juris degree, passed the bar exam in multiple states and have argued constitutional law cases in front of numerous courts throughout the land.

Actually it has to do with states that changed election law in disregard of the means the respective Constitutions and the US Constitution prescribe.

You're over your head.

Wrong. Act 77 backed by overwhelming GOP support believing that it would help Trump's chances of winning is responsible for the creation of the mail in ballot option. It was only when Trump lost did they go running to the courts in a futile attempt to have their own legislation declared unconstitutional .

Nope, said laws were changed by judges. And others were signed into law when PA was majority Democrat with a Democrat governor.

The case will be thrown out, just like it has every where else these right wing dopes have brought suits. It gives right wingers on Brown Cafe a chance to troll.

And just exactly what prior legislation and court rulings is in your opinion responsible for Trump losing Pa. by 81,000 votes?

Do you really read that crap and think you're getting good information?
Sad.
