Texas Pays A Visit To SCOTUS.

Old Man Jingles

Rat out of a cage
This morning the attorney general of that champion of states rights Texas, filed suit to overturn the election results not in it's own state but the states of Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin.
Wonder how that will work?
I doubt SCOTUS even hears this.

“As regular readers may recall, Paxton was indicted a few years ago on felony securities fraud charges. Two months ago, his troubles got worse when members of Paxton's own team made multiple criminal allegations against him.

Meanwhile, Associated Press reported a few weeks ago that the FBI is investigating allegations that Paxton "broke the law in using his office to benefit a wealthy donor."

All of which raises an unfortunate possibility: as Donald Trump abuses his pardon powers, and weighs the possibility of handing out pardons "like Christmas gifts" before leaving office, is it implausible that the scandal-plagued Texas attorney general filed a doomed case in the hopes that he'll receive a presidential reward that would make his legal troubles go away?“
Those sound like the State of Texas crimes of which Trump has no authority to grant a Pardon.

And just exactly what prior legislation and court rulings is in your opinion responsible for Trump losing Pa. by 81,000 votes?
They allowed mail in ballots three days after the election for starters. If everything is on the up and up you have nothing to worry about. If it's found laws were broken I'm sure SCOTUS will look at that. Remains to be seen whether they'll even take up the case. But wouldn't you agree everything has to be done according to law and if not steps need to be taken to correct that?

You need to accept the fact that most Americans do not believe we have free and fair elections. Biden will be a lame duck. Deal with it.
"Most Americans do not believe we have free and fair elections" ? Then how do you explain the the largest voter turnout in history? Let's
see you try to bull feces your way around that fact.
