I've watched most of it ... I find it interesting and I learned a lot.
One thing is for certain, when it comes to the law and jurisprudence, ACB is, by far, the smartest person in the room.

I have developed a huge amount of respect for ACB, maybe because, in my limited abilities and understanding, ...
... her approach to the responsibilities of the SCOTUS are 100% in agreement with mine.​

I watched some of it and what shined through more than anything else is how amazingly smart ACB is. Especially compared to the Dems trying to grill her.

That's just silly politics appealing to the lowest common denominator of the citizenry.

I thought this excerpt from James Arden's book, America's Meltdown: The Lowest-Common-Denominator Society, prescient to the Biden's statement:
"As entertainers, corporations, and even the government pander to the lowest common denominator, American life becomes increasingly vicarious, prefabricated, and bereft of meaning."

She seems either entirely ignorant of the law or afraid to state obvious truths like the president can’t unilaterally change the date of the election. She is demonstrating that she is a brazen political operative and her confirmation will eliminate any semblance of objectivity that remained with the court.

Ben Sasse does have a good sense of humor!
Coons is pretty sharp but she sees his attempts immediately and answers his questions 2 or 3 steps before he asked them.
I found this very amusing.​
