It was but then Biden/Harris had it fixed. Remember Mayorkas and Harris confirmed that the border was closed and secured but then for some reason Biden/Harris sabotaged their own work opening the border with record number of illegals flooding in. The complete blame is on Biden/Harris now.

Why would they need a border bill? They had the border closed and secure at one point. They must of opened the border so they could then hold Americans hostage for a border bill. If the border was closed and secure by Biden/Harris then they could do it again. It’s all on them.
