Collateral arrests.
It's bad enough that they release known criminal aliens back in to the general populations.
Now she will have to explain why so and so was arrested along with the known criminal.

I worked when I was 14 and wanted to work more hours. People worry about the kids staying up late on a school night to work but have no problem with them up all night playing video games. I personally know of kids younger than 14 talking about staying up until 2 and 3am playing online video games with kids in other countries.
