He's on TV this very minute and I had to laugh when he said he has put in place a 'spending freeze'..........that's just comical. Does he think we're stupid ? That means he'll continue spending at the high rates he has for the past 2 years.

For the 2 solid years that the Dems. had the presidency. house & senate.......why is it they didn't pass a budget? This stop-gap measure going on now is an embarassment for the pres., Harry Reid....etc. who couldn't get the job done.

They wanted to wait until the elections for 2010 were over before passing a 2011 budget. They didn't want to ruin any chances of having voters being upset.
