You're missing the point. Of course there are more whites. But are the impoverished whites shooting and killing others at the same rate as impoverished blacks?
I don’t have the answer for that. It’s irrelevant to this whole thread because this isn’t about blacks killing blacks. Cops killing blacks, and anyone that brings up black on black crime is deflecting.

Nope, the narrative is white cops are responsible for an inordinate amount of black male deaths. It's only logical to point out blacks killed by cops, white or otherwise, is a small fraction of overall black homicides. And most of the time justified.

Without a doubt bunch of cases that went under the radar.

The real topic should be police training. What Derek did was not proper police training, totally excessive. I’ll admit Floyd reaction startled them, but ultimately a cop is trained to handle that.
not true . you should educate yourself. it was a procedure actively allowed and approved for use by the minnesota police. the officials who testified otherwise should have been indicted for perjury.

Yikes if that consider proper training, because it resulted in a death.

you were complaining about deflection now you're deflecting. you realize if this procedure was not allowed and condoned by the Minneapolis police department floyd would still be alive?

nobody deflecting. The cop training sucks and could be avoided by a new system. Kind of done with this thread anyways. What more needs to be said Derek was wrong and he got convicted.

now you're running from the real answer . the police leadership allowed police to use this tactic to render unconcious those felons who were resistant to arrest which is what floyd was. their history clearly shows they allowed this tactic to be used despite their testimony otherwise. Chauvin and the other three had just spent time trying to put floyd in the back of a car. he resisted so violently despite handcuffs that they could not get him in the back of the car. they were in the process of rendering floyd unconcious using this approved tactic. what they and the minneapolis police department did not expect was that floyd would swallow excessive amounts of fentanol to avoid a drug arrest and would thus succumb to it instead of simply being rendered unconcious .

chauvin needs to appeal he was working as trained and within the guidelines allowed by his department.

He didn’t overdose on drugs, complete bs. We all saw something else. Good luck with the appeal. it won’t work because it’s stupid. Nobody running away, I saw a police officer using excessive force. If you knew nothing of Floyd background and somebody showed you this video you’d really hold this same view?
