Let's look at legitimate minorities. In a given country there is usually a dominate racial or ethnic group. Smaller racial or ethnic groups have less political power, often less economic power, due to the dominance and oppression of the larger group. This often leads to laws passed to protect the rights of minority groups, and address past grievances. Members of minority groups can't help who they are any more than those in the majority can. They will always be this or that biologically, naturally.

Contrast that with transgender people. It's based on a claim, not biology. It's a mental state. They are free to do that in this country but not free to force their mental state on others. At least not yet. No matter how much they claim otherwise, they will always be the gender that their biology, DNA, chromosomes say they are.

I hope you'll take this into consideration before you get an operation that you can't walk back.

You are under the impression a infinitesimal population should direct policy.
I'm not too in tune on transexuals, in my day we didn't have to bone up on the type so excuse me if I am incorrect but upon physical if nuts are present the response should be, "This is a girls physical, you have entered a dick free zone." "Here's a referral for a psychiatrist, beat it."

A guy who claims he's a girl will never have a child born from him. A girl who thinks she's a guy will never impregnate another girl. No matter what's going on in their heads at the end of the day what makes a gender is their role in reproduction. And pushing the transgender idea are people wanting a genderless society where anyone can be whatever they want to be. Designed to break the evil patriarchy in their minds. Even if we all shook hands and agreed to all demands for transgender acceptance the issue won't stop there. That's the route they ended up taking with Caster Semenya. Has to take medication to lower her testosterone in order to compete.

This is where I tell you it’s a gender roll problem not that they’re actually a different sex. I have no issues with a man that wants to wear dress and makeup and grow long hair. Doesn’t mean they’re female. Just means they don’t fits society’s definition of normal male.

That’s where the argument falls apart for me. These people are so busy claiming they’re different and not accepted they don’t see all they’re doing is trying to claim they’re the opposite sex so that they can feel normal.

I understand a ringer in team sports. Generally, almost exclusively a ringer would be a person in contact with the ball enough to change the outcome of a game, if not why have a ringer?

In individual competition a ringer is not possible.
An illegal participant is however, and a legal participant is always excluded for the illegal, or illegally disadvantaged, by definition.

It is not difficult until politics are injected, anyone that has been involved with organized athletics understands politics and favoritism is involved with legal participants, why add another sex to the mix?

Thats a very tough number to come up with. Men women range greatly in their testosterone levels. Simply being an athlete can increase ones testosterone.
