29% of her state's budget is comprised of federal dollars. How much more does she thinks she deserves.
If you want to be a free standing state independent of federal support then be a free standing self sufficient state

Red States are always right there waiting for federal aid after a natural disaster in spite of their governors constantly criticizing Big Government. Actually, when your trailer home gets blown away after you build it 20 yards from the ocean in Florida, we all need to pay for your poor choices, and then White Boots will attempt to take the credit. Same with Arkansas when Jesus decides to wipe out 100 square miles of people and their homes in an "Act of God". It's fully expected that FEMA will be there to pick up the pieces, and Governor Sanders will do exactly the same thing.

Hey. Maybe Bryan will be Trump's selection as his Secretary of State. He sounds fully qualified based on his extensive nepotism experience.
