Now that the contract has been rejected negotiators need to know why.

Eliminate 22.4, Cover Drivers, and any other title that creates a 2nd tier driver. You are either a full time driver or you are not.

Excessive Overtime. All drivers that sign up will be given a 9.5 or 10 hour day whatever the number is.

Weekend drivers... There is no justification to pull weekday work to run full routes on weekends. I dunno about other buildings but every Saturday and Monday has been a nightmare since it started. Premium air routes do make sense on Saturday.

Make no mistake 2nd tier drivers and weekend ground are yhe reasons this contract failed.

Absolutely right pay dues for what an they don't respect our wishes we all are making a good leaving but the company continue to misjudge who really makes it happen out here in the field on a daily basis
