I’m not sure why you quoted my article since it said nothing about Democrats kicking them out of the Capitol. They were kicked out. Period. Whomever made the decision, Democrat, Republican, Capitol Police, National Guard higher up, etc., doesn’t matter. In normal circumstances, yes. And the Guard would follow the orders. In this circumstance, I highly doubt Beat Cop would even say that knowing they’d been there for days.

I know, some people are trying to claim that's what happened. I wrote that script to help people see how ludicrous the idea is. Even a lowly 2nd LT would ask to talk to a superior before acquiescing to such an order.
