When 33% and the total dollar amount ($9.00) are BOTH smaller than under 5 year employee (55% and $9.10) DESPITE SOB saying he was gonna take care of them? You're damn right

Only driver follow up I had, their house burned down a year later- wont drive with 1inch of snow or more
- minimum of 7 driver followups per week covering your route
other than that... you pretty much summed it up. nicely done.
Needs tattoos, can't shave, although guys from previous generations never had a problem, including guys that spent their late teens fighting in a war...These new drivers crack me up.
Can’t drive stick
Can’t read maps
Don’t want progression
Can’t be bumped
Anything else I am missing ladies?
They also want maximum vacationThese new drivers crack me up.

5 year and under with a 55% increase and over 15 with 33%. Thank you for the great contract. All I see is increased union revenue via this 55% increase.
Also at end of contract, 5 years and under employees will be at a little more than half of RPCD top rate. If Im not mistaken, under current contract, RPCD is 2-25 times their top rate end of this contract.
The union knows who is the majority of their voting body and they're taking care of them. They are the priority.
When rod started, they were using tablets and chisels.PTer's complaining that their scanner doesn't work correctly....
I used a crayon!
Damn.. we have feeder drivers who barely drove a year and we’re hired right off the street into delivery.A lot of us had to preload for 10,11,12 years before going full time. Then we had a 3-4 year progression. While a lot of the new drivers were only pt for less than a year before they got a ft opportunity. So yeah it took many of us 15+ years before we hit top out pay. While some of you newer guys will hit top out pay in 5-6 years of service. This contract is the best I have ever seen.
It would be nice if we got a lower progression but we didn't. We did get rid of 22.4s, 6th day punches, got Ac, new fans in the building, improved pensions, kept healthcare. And we got massive wage increases for both ft and pt employees.
Did loop partner was Moses??When rod started, they were using tablets and chisels.
Get to wear hoodies, running tights under their short, earbuds in while driving, have their hats turned backwards…if we did any of that back in the day, the DM would have our asses.Have to be done by 4:30 no matter what.
100 stops or 300…still get done by 5.Have to be done by 4:30 no matter what.
The goal of the contract isn't to make the RPCD top rate insanely higher than everyone else's. SOB wanted to raise everyone's wages and he did. Everyone is getting the largest GWI ever.
Seriously we bent UPS over in terms of wage increases. And people are still complaining..
Possibly, but I’ve never once worried about if we were doing stops per car. I’m doing the same amount no matter what, they can either come help me or I can stay out and file until they decide they don’t want to pay me.And they are going to bend us over in stops per car!

Not in my experience. My Center hasn’t had a 9.5 problem since we droped $300,000 with a of grievances in their laps a couple years ago. It wasn’t fun. It wasn’t easy but we stuck together and did it.It’s more then that.

Stuff those grievances up their ass again, most of the guys in my center are ready to get new motorcycles and boats anyway. We did the same and it got better but now it’s a mess again!
