Did the employees years and years ago get stock??? Talking in the 30’s or 40’s???

Didn’t Ron Carey’s father own ups stock from way back when??? Was he in mgt at ups or a driver???

During the depression years, UPS paid its drivers with stock. Thats how Kerry ended up with a pile of UPS stock given to him from his Dad is what I had always heard.

From 95 to 99 I put every nickel I could in UPS stock. I put every egg, every chicken, and cow I had. It split the day before it went public and then tripled in value.
I found it hard to get motivated for a while.

All UPS employee's were voting NO on the contract, please stand up for yourselves & be heard. We will not lay down & take it anymore.

What are going to negotiate for the workers?

As a feeder driver I tried to get valet service from the parking lot to my dispatch office. It was about 200 yards. Too much for a feeder. Usually hitched a ride with another feeder unloading his personal gear into his car at the end of his or her shift.
