Nearly 30 inches of snow fell in Boston 42 years ago during infamous Blizzard of ’78

I was there. in Weymouth. They sent out the National Guard and we had a curfew of I think 6 or 8pm to prevent looting . We had a blast partying for about 4 days before the roads were back open for business.
