Total Service Provider 2025 TSP

Curious what is known about TSP and how it works in your center. This year they called us into the office one by one and eloquently bent us over. Said all drivers will be getting a 9.2 planned day. Last 2/3 years we had choice? Not that it was always implemented but at least sometimes seems they were trying. So do we have a choice?? This also comes with little to no over allowed. Dumbasses never account for late air , bulk, furniture, or even leaving the building late etc. My Grand theory on TSP is this is or was some awesome idea by Carole Tomie so she could equate " known variables" great idea given the driver what he wants and we can schedule and account for that. But by the time it gets down to lower management they say no that. And know "we" got cokest into agreement so they can turn around to their uppers and say look they agreed......... Going to be a rough year here I think they are pushing for minimal routes and permanent layoffs. All I can do is stack cash unless you guys have any useful input.

9.2 day they couldn’t dispatch every driver with 9.2 if their lives depended on it. Dumb s need to just be happy if everything gets delivered
