Alright I got a question for you guys. I am only months away from my 5th year anniversary. It is my understanding that I would be fully vested into the pension at this point. If I make the jump to pt sup before my anniversary am I throwing away my benefits?
That's 6 grand a year. If you collect it for 20 years that's a 120k.Yes but a 5 year PT pension is less than $500/month so it may/may not be worth waiting for.

Regardless if he is that close to five years, you hate to throw it away. Management gets zero pension, just a 401k match.I was guessing on the $500---it is probably much less.
I believe it's $275/month. So roughly half of that.I was guessing on the $500---it is probably much less.
