Just seeing the results of my good doing would give me happiness.

My plan when I retire is to sell my paid off condo and move closer to my daughter. My hope is that I will be in a position where I can split the proceeds equally between my son and daughter. He has student loan debt while she and my SIL have a young family. I could wait until I pass but I would much prefer to be around to watch them put the money to good use.
