We have guys here in Wisconsin that don't wear pants until after thanksgiving no matter how cold it gets.
The only time I ever wear pants is if it is snowing bad enough that I am going to have to put tire chains on, which is rare. We dont get as cold as Wisconsin but it gets down in the 20's and even teens here and a lot of us still wear shorts.We have guys here in Wisconsin that don't wear pants until after thanksgiving no matter how cold it gets.
