My supervisor says I don't have a right to work when I'm late. I turned into a combo in August 2015. Any advise!

Another give back to the company that Hoffa and Hall created last contract. We need stronger language when it comes to being able to make our own hours. Right now there's no mention in the contract about creating our own start times.
