From what I remember, the paper that we fill out every year listing or violations (if we have any), also has a few yes/no options. I think one of those options asks if UPS was notified within one month of the listed offense.

That's the thing, "you believe," and I "from what I remember." We're trying to remember one of UPS's 2,000 rules for drivers. Not going to remember 100%, best we can do is reach into the depths of our mind. Unfortunately, all that info gets clouded out by "DELIVER MORE! MORE WORK!"
