That looks like the kind of digs my Aunt and Uncle lived in when they lived in D.C. She was in charge of the State Dept restaurant/cafeteria where all the Congressmen and other muckitty mucks had their lunch the 10 days they were actually in D.C. and he had a way up the ladder position with the USPS. I always enjoyed sending the Christmas gifts my parents sent them by UPS. After my Dad passed away they requested that I send them some china plate stuff my Dad had collected. Long story short--they said they never got it. UPS said the maid signed for it. After going around with them for 2 or 3 years about those stupid plates they disappeared from my life and wouldn't respond to any Xmas cards or nothing. Good riddance--I was never found of them any way because I always felt they look down their noses at my parents lifestyle.
