I always thought Veterans Day should have been a paid day off for Veterans.

I said the same thing to the people out looking for petition signatures on Monday. Once I have Veterans Day paid off then I’ll worry about other days. I respect what mlk stood for but it’s not more important than my brothers and sisters that swore to defend our nation and served with honor. Just my opinion.
