The freight guys have made improvements but still have a long way to go to reach UPS standards.
The logo may say UPS but the mindset is still Overnite.

have any of you even talked to a freight driver ,you are now, and let me tell you Overnite was a great company to work for and when UPS started to take over the transition was a shock I will admit ,but 99% of the drivers there just want to support there families and keep there jobs without wondering if there going to have a job the next day or what new rule is going to get them fired, kills me the way you guys talk about how tuff it is in small package, well guess what if we want to know whats coming up next we just look at small package and get the answer, so what ever has happened to you last week will be at freight next week. and were not making 32.00 dollars a hr to put up with it we do it for under 26.00, you guys have a real chance to help make a difference at freight and get the respect you want and deserve but it,s kinda hard to do that when all you here is how over paid we are and how easy we got it.............I'm just sayin
