When I started the lowest paid supervisor had to make more than the highest paid driver

Years ago the center manager would make the main Preload Supe meet up with drivers and shuttle misloads as punishment. He had to be at work at 2am, and would sometimes still be out meeting drivers at 6or 7 pm
I never ever tired of giving him a union application and a grievance to file 9.5

We don’t see that here in the airline.
UPS pays so much better, safer, etc
Some people complain, but those are the ones that never worked anywhere else or saw anything except Kentucky
