I was informed that UPS will pick it up by 5 pm in KY. Sinced it will be traveling by air, can i expect it this evening? i just need some reassurance.

So by your statement here it hasn't even been picked up yet?

If it doesn't say out for delivery you're probably not getting it today.,,.

So why would you think you would get it today if it's not even picked up? It has to go OVERNIGHT before it is delivered.

Well, it isn't making it to Dallas today, then. Sounds like you have a problem with the shipper, not the carrier.

Ummm......
If it is picked up today, it will not be delivered today as that would be same day service which we do not have.
Next day means next business day which would be monday.
You would do better to call the shipper who is more familiar with when they send something out, and when you will get it.

Seriously though for future reference - next day is the day after UPS takes possession of the package. If they take a week to put it in a box that's on them.

And NDA saver for residential is end of day, not 3-4. Don't panic at 4.

I appreciate everyone's help really thank you. i never use UPS so this is my first time posting a thread looking for answers. probably won't ever use this website again...but it was merely entertaining and enjoyed everyone for their input.
