Most people are talking about drivers. Drivers don't get $1 on the 1st. We only get a dollar raise in the final year of the contract.

Entry level PT. Below the real minimum wage for the type of work we do everyday. That is why UPS has such a PT labor shortage. Benefits are great, but benefits do not put gas in the car or buy groceries.
