Afraid, to file?
Guess you dont work, over 9.5.? for the record my best, one day was..1.78 guarantee!File on what? I had 1.34 hours of guarantee pay on my check last week. I also had .26 hours of OT and an 8 hour sick day.
Everyday is peak in my center. This holiday season will be a nice break from the 10 month peak....there will be helpers, more vehicles, more mechanics, free donuts 3 times a week, and less supes to have to look at because they will be too busy kissing ass to bother us. I love this time of year in my center!Enjoy it while it lasts. I used to read about drivers on here working peak season hours during non peak times and in all honesty thought they were making stuff up.Over night we went to having routes slashed, trucks loaded down with incredible amounts of work and went from a center that files MAYBE 2 or 3 grievances a month to about 10-15 every day.
again,I urge you to enjoy it while it lasts

Volume continues to grow too, anyone else notice the increase in Quill and Staples shipments?
Don't be holding your breath. All it would take is some accountant in Division to see all your guarantee.
And, you have yet to experience ORION. That will rock your world.
The 1.34 hours of guarantee is not the norm----the mall driver offered to cover the mall drop box for me 3 days last week, which let me punch out 20-25 minutes early each of those days.
What's the planned dispatch in your center?
8.5 to 9.
And your's?
9-10.
Not if he's an ass kisser. We've got some whose stop counts haven't gone up in three years.Well, if you are running under every day, someone will eventually notice, and your stop-count will go up.
Been there, done that.
They can cut cost just by changing the numbers. When I bid on my route 150 stops was a 9hr day now 180 is 9.
This is untrue. If a driver quits before reaching retirement age, but has at least 5 years of service, he/she will receive a pension when they turn 65.
Not if you know how to play the game. For some reason, whenever my stop count is jacked up, my performance drops.Well, if you are running under every day, someone will eventually notice, and your stop-count will go up.
In a bonus center the more stops with a smaller time allowance means a smaller bonus. Are you working longer hours as a result? If so, how would changing numbers cut costs?
Upstate, what building are you out of??25 years so far. I don't see a whole lot changing in the next 5.
