I was told on today that disbursement is the 12/23/19, again hopefully process will begin b4 then, but as of 12/13/19, ups has not sent info to bny Mellon to process funds, so again try to call bny Mellon after 12/16/19 to if ss# or if info has been sent to if process has started.

When you called the last number the ups retirement department what did they say@Shecoope Bny Mellon#(18006347936/18004180273)//18006434442 this last number is for ups special pension/retirement dept., the rep from bny Mellon gave it to me and transferred me to that dept as well.

I just spoke with BNY Mellon and they did not find me in their system, so they are not able to assist me. It appears as though UPS either did not receive my packet or they made a mistake in processing/not processing it.
