See if you can find a revenue auditor when you get back to the building. This issue will be quickly resolved once that store gets the audit bill.

What the company should do is issue drivers special stickers that he or she would place on questionable parcels. The sticker diverts the parcel to the audit team that would scan, weigh, and correct the billing charge. It would pay for itself.

With all this new technology in our diads how hard would it be to put in a weight audit feature for the drivers. Just scan the bar code and put in the correct weight or close to it, maybe even using a dimensional weight program to bill correctly.

An idea like that, could save the company millions of dollars a year.

But, the company didn't think of it.... so that is why they would never do it.

I hate to say it but it's the idiots that put they picked up 100 irregulars that ruined this kind of thing for us.

We had a guy put he picked up 250+ irregs. SMH.

Be nice if they actually put a little thought into these UPS store locations for a more efficient pickup. Every single store should have a dock located behind the building.

Unfortunately the franchise model means some maroon can put one in between a Domino's and a Pizza Hut with their drivers zipping in and out with no regard for human life.
