Surepost is the budget delivery option. Tracking is very unreliable.

I've never heard of upgrading ground nevertheless Surepost, most likely you're not getting it today.

It depends as to whether or not it has been unloaded off the UPS trailer also. If it has been unloaded already it will not get upgraded. Package will not get another scan on it until delivery to Post office

If USPS has it you can't upgrade it to UPS ground despite what a website might say. Upgrade would have to be done sooner while still in UPS control.

Yesterday when i upgraded it, it told me the delivery going to be 9/13/15.
But never updated.
