The two things that I care about is that they make an attempt on each and every package and that they do their best to take care of the customer (without being taken advantage of). It is none of my concern if they scratch or not.

Yea I don't care how they run on my route either. No follow ups or complaints is good by me. They can suck or tear it up. Have at it.
