Tell your Right Wing leaders to support your vets and also all the non-aborted babies instead of talking Hannity smack and thanking them for their service, which is meaningless feel good pablum.

Put up some money...punk. Support our veterans when they come home, NOT just when they're active duty. Right Wing types might be satisfied with parades and the FOX-style accolades for serving. I am not.

Full support for our returning troops. That way they don't end-up on the street. Got it? Dumb punk.

People serve in other ways. My grandfather ran the manufacturing plant that made an item that probably won WW2. He spent 20 hrs.a day working, 7 days a week, and usually slept on a cot in his office. When he did come home, it was in an Army vehicle, and a guard stood outside the house. Did he serve?

How about Hanoi Jane? Without her, LBJ's and Nixon's lies about Vietnam might have never seen the light of day. To me, she served honorably, and continues to do so today.

If Rod wants to escort those folks, that's great. It's probably more about Rod than them, but whatever floats your boat. Where I live, only police and fire units escort their fallen, and military units don't allow civilian escorts because they're a traffic hazard.
