He has argued in court that "'general tenor' of the show should then inform a viewer that [Carlson] is not 'stating actual facts' about the topics he discusses and is instead engaging in 'exaggeration' and 'non-literal commentary.'

Yeah when hes making a sarcastic comment or a joke that should be obvious to everyone. Acting like the fact that Tucker makes a joke from time to time invalidates literally everything he says is the most retarded takeaway ive ever heard.

Rachel Maddow beat OAN's libel suit by saying that when she was says "really, literally" she doesn't mean "really" or "literally". And that all her viewers are too dumb to read a dictionary anyway, so what do definitions of words matter? The judge was apparently one of her viewers who can't be bothered with caring about what words mean.

"They claim that the flash drive was found on Monday night by an hourly employee at the UPS building on 43rd Street in Manhattan. They suggested it might have been sitting on the floor there. They couldn't prove that because remarkably, in a room where millions of high-value packages are handled, there are no security cameras. That's just what they told us. UPS says the employee who found our flash drive simply dropped it on top of the supervisor's desk. Our documents sat there undiscovered for more than 24 hours until we announced on television that they were missing. That's their story."

I'm into distribution!!
You are right sending it through the mail seems so much smarter

One would think if the information was so damning they would have released it immediately. There have probably been 30 million people early vote since Monday, if the information was so "damning and critical" would they release it ASAP hoping to flip some voters?

FAKE NEWS!

I would never send something of high value through any carrier in an envelope. You know how many bags of smalls Ive thrown across the room while unloading tractor trailers?! Sheeeeeeit.

Not only that but, Fox would have to be morons to not use aliases and PO Boxes. What did they do, write on the envelope with permanent marker, "Super Secret Evidence Dont Open, Ship To Fox News Headquarters"?
