Hey. I work at ups and was wondering what the average package scan rate is for evening truck loaders. I hear that preload is different. I would appreciate any answers. Thanks!
Average is usually 350-400 PPH depending on the type of volume.
That is about right for loading trailers. A lot would depend on how many times you have to stop and break a jamb or help in another area.No that's too high
Yeah disregard my post. I run the sort so clearly I have no idea what thto PPH should be.No that's too high
Maybe in your center, here its 850 minimumAverage is usually 350-400 PPH depending on the type of volume.
It's a fun game. I love having employees like that. Okay then, go do 150 and come look at my face after the sort.Don't you love when someone asks you a question, then says that your answer is wrong? LOL.
Including smalls?Maybe in your center, here its 850 minimum

He's loading 780 pieces a hour and is suspended? Something does not sound right here.No just packages. Guy I work with 3 day suspension for doing only 780

Why don't you give em a call and find out? Also I work at a hub that always has terrible egress. It is so bad that I actually have to climb over it to get in and out of the truck. This happens multiple times on a daily basis. Is this an OSHA violation?
