Mismanagement definitely played a factor. The pension fund trustees aren’t lily white. When idiots are on the board, that’s a recipe for disaster. O’Brien was a trustee on my pension board.

Thanks to @bacha29 , I’m living large off of SS, and haven’t touched my pension (goes straight to savings), OR my 401k.
