rephrase your answer in the form of a .....GRIEVANCE. Get it (threats of violence--and hostile work environment ) on the record to protect your Family in case a tragedy like this happens

Sups have the biggest mouths in that place. Half the dirt and stories I hear about employees...I hear from my sup.
