That's true, but most I know have some kind of 401k match at their work.

The UPS Pension Plan which governs all our part time service in the Central and Southern would be an good example.

Sounds like my grievance about using laid off drivers in the car wash will be a win. Laid off drivers take the place of the lowest seniority PT, not the top.
