This has nothing to do with your "dues" situation, but is English your second language by any chance?

Your posts reads like something a Korean lady on my route would say...

If your hourly rate is $11, the monthly dues are 2X the rate or $22.

Initiation will be deducted weekly until paid up. If $25 was deducted, I'm guessing your initiation fee is $100.

I thought monthly "dues" were calculated at 2.5X our hourly rate, or $27.50 if you are making $11/hr???

IBT Constitution Art X Sec 3 .... "Members whose hourly earnings rates are six dollars ($6.00) per hour, but no more than eleven dollars ($11.00) per hour, shall pay dues equal to two times their hourly earnings rate per month."
Your local union may have additional assessments.

There's yet another article in the IBT Constitution that's long overdue to be amended.

Would be 50.00 so next 3rd pay check you get will have another 25 deducted and the following week 11 to make up the last initiation payment. Then it will be 5.50 weekly
