Depending on the building they may not have had a route to get it to a plane. Our air leaves 30 minutes before the sort ends and if the driver misses the trailer to the hub there is nothing we can do. I can try to get it to the hub the best I can, but it usually just means I'm screwing the guy at the next stop rather than making service.
