Why is UPS so dirty?

I worked for Royal Mail in England, and the management there was a nightmare - they are mostly a clueless bunch of moronic sadists who push you to the edge and then over it if you don't toe the line. They asked me to cover manage a depot which I did for 2 weeks before going back to delivering the mail and parcels - just less BS and most of the posties had more going on upstairs! Management of this type of business is pretty boring anyway in my opinion, there really isn't much to do apart from cracking a whip!

Oh and the delivery offices for Royal Mail are all incredibly dirty too - just the nature of the job.

I did an internship at a company of a similar size and there was just as much or even more slimey stuff going on. The only difference is how it was done. Here they're sneaky with adding stops and you notice it because you have to physically do something. At other companies it's easier to be sneaky because it may not be as visible. You don't have a stop or package count to gauge how your day is going or going to go. It's just hey, do this or I'll fire you. There's no contract to abide by, it's just you're here until it's done.
