Rubio would be a smart choice. He would attract a lot of the former Cruz supporters without the toxic side effects.

I like the fact that Trump will name 10-12 people now that he would consider for the supreme court choices....he may have to name a few. He will use that list to make his choices from if he has any choices to make in the future. That should set some people's minds at ease because the court choics are a big deal..

Cruz would strictly follow the Constitution (which is what Supreme Court justices are supposed to do). They are to interpret legal cases as to whether they follow the Constitution. If it isn't a Constitutional case the Supreme Court won't hear it.
