Honestly, anyone hired during Covid

Sweet I was hired 4 months before Covid. Have a super weird hub, satellite, but with the temp routes we are the biggest facility in the district. Of course our building only has a single center and the others have 2-3 centers. Out of the 100 or so drivers 20% are within 5 years of retiring. 25% are covid hires and the rest are Amazon volume drivers, just low seniority drivers in the scheme but in our building they have a ton of seniority

The center I work at "might" get cut next year, maybe, to a center an hour and a half away making it so that some drivers will have to drive like 2 hours or more before they make their 1st deliveries. out of like 25 or so of us, at least 10 of us have been affected by all this. Found out this moring from our union rep, some changes are being made for the better for at least some of us.

What kind of dispatch you go out with if you are a two hour trip back to the hub? Half the day is spent driving both ways.

We got a good handful of guys who when asked if they'll take the day they will say "who's driving if I do". We got a good crew.
Either way, good chance I'll be looking for other employment by next peak.
