Yep really not that hard to understand and these don’t have to be new work. It says 7500 full-time jobs. are to come from EXISTING part-time jobs.

“This commitment shall include the obligation to create at least sev-enty-five hundred (7500) new full-time jobs from existing part-time jobs during the last three years of this Agreement throughout its operations covered by this Agreement.”
Let’s not forget that Tome is almost out the door, she won’t be here much longer. She is doing her best to accelerate her vision while it’s in her power.

I keep hearing people say she’s leaving and how terrible she is and they’re probably right, but will the next person really be better? We used to hire and promote these people from the inside. They were all UPSers we don’t do that anymore. The UPS culture is pretty much gone.
Yeah they usually go for in-house. Possibly was trying to shake things up given her history with Home Depot. You have got to rock the boat a lil to push higher. We should go hard on product selling and other diversification avenues. Already behind.

I grieved a supervisor for doing union work and they tried telling me and my coworkers that by grieving we are causing more layoffs. They are telling workers that management doing union work creates more jobs and prevents layoffs, because the numbers will look better and they’ll give us more volume. They say that if we grieve, and managers stop working, the numbers look worse and they will take volume away
Lol "take the volume away"
Spoken like a real good :censored2:ing drug dealer

It doesn’t matter who is in charge … you will be getting the same mindset. Everyone of those past CEO’s and kin were and are still overcompensated, nothing is going to change. Carol was just a DEI hire with the prime directive of getting rid of other DEI employees without being sued.

I said this before … be prepared for another attempt to take over or eliminate pension contributions in 2028 similar to 1997.
