You do realize UPS is a corporate giant that trains it’s supervisors to manage with fear and intimidation tactics to get you to do a infeasible amount of work and that the union will protect you and keep your job and sanity intact? Also that UPS doesn’t pay the wage with benefits and pension out of the kindness of their heart they do so from negotiations with the Union that keep those benefits intact? Go work at Amazon if you feel you want out of the union. We don’t want you either.
