My helper time card says time allowed is like 1 hour 30 minutes. I keep him for 3 hours and 30 minutes and life is good. No one says anything.

We’re told it’s gonna be a bust this year. Had 40 PVDs last year now we have less than 10. No new drivers hired. Even helpers are apparently optional. It was a bust last year and the year before that. It’s a normal work week nowadays. I think the latest I worked peak last year was 7pm.
