A couple nights ago people are trying to say VP of local 804 wasn’t on board with the contract. He put that to bed big time, he loves it.

The guys had a heart to heart with him.

There are concessions. Did you see that the last two years of the health and welfare in the tentative have no cannot exceed.70 language and stop at.50. That could be higher deductible .
We did not get anything more than we did in this current contract except for the limitation of 22.4 jobs and a higher starting rate for part-timers

So you all comes out how you want the world does not matter much to me

There is better six punch language but still needs to close that one possible loophole that the company could abuse.

You smell that?

Really? How much were our contractual raises in the last contract?

22.4s are eliminated.

MLK as a holiday.

Stronger 6th punch language.

I'm in my 4th decade at UPS and this is the highest GWI I can recall.

Better part-time transfer language.

Quadruple pay for supervisor working grievances if caught more than 3 times in 9 months.

Mechanic progression is cut in half.

Better 8hr day language.. especially for those of us in the Southern.

I understand not being overwhelmed by this agreement but to even compare it to the last one is crazy.

Looks like you're selling off the future for a bigger raise today

Lack of pension and healthcare contributions is very disturbing
